Ms. Thammasutti attended the International Network Conference on Public Health 2025 and the 5th Excellent Center for Public Health Research International Conference, held on March 28, 2025, at the School of Public Health, Walailak University, Thailand. The conference, under the theme “Sustainable Public Health: Collaborating for a Healthier Tomorrow,” brought together leading experts and scholars worldwide to exchange knowledge, showcase research innovations, and promote international collaboration in addressing emerging public health challenges.
She delivered an oral presentation titled “A Qualitative Study on Knowledge, Attitude, and Practices (KAP) toward Swine Influenza in Pig Farms and Communities in Different Regions of Thailand” on behalf of SUPA71 and the Center of Excellence for Emerging and Re-emerging Infectious Diseases in Animals, Faculty of Veterinary Science, Chulalongkorn University. She attended the conference together with Dr. Paisit Boonyakawee from Sirindhorn College of Public Health Trang, Praboromarajchanok Institute, who presented research titled “Wildlife Interface Characteristics among the Mani Ethnic Group in Manang District, Satun Province of Thailand.” The presentation focused on the human-animal interface and highlighted the relevance of One Health approaches in preventing and controlling emerging and re-emerging zoonotic diseases.
